1. Service Offerings
We offer a range of professional auto detailing services, including:

Our services are designed to meet the highest standards, and we take pride in delivering exceptional results. Specific conditions or limitations may apply based on the condition of the vehicle.
2. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash
- Check
- Credit Card
- Apple Pay
- Zelle
Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations: A 48-hour notice is required for any cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of any deposits made.
- Rescheduling: We request a 48-hour notice for any rescheduling. The first reschedule is free of charge; however, a deposit will be required for the second reschedule.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds. If we miss a spot or an area, we will return to rectify the issue unless it has been previously communicated that the spot cannot be improved.
4. Liability and Damage Policy
We are a fully licensed and insured company. In the unlikely event that your vehicle sustains damage during our services, we will take all necessary steps to rectify the situation. Please note that we take before and after pictures of every vehicle to document its condition prior to starting the job.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible service, we ask our customers to:
- Remove all personal items from the vehicle before the scheduled service. If the trunk or other areas are filled with personal belongings, we will not remove them for cleaning.
- Ensure the vehicle is unlocked or that someone is present at the time of our arrival.
Any personal items found during the cleaning process will be placed in a bag and returned to the customer.
6. Privacy and Data Collection
We collect the following information at the time of booking:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Vehicle type
By providing this information, you consent to receiving text and email communications from us regarding your service and any future promotions.
7. Dispute Resolution
We prefer to resolve any disputes through mediation. This approach allows for a fair and amicable resolution for both parties.

9. Vehicle Condition Documentation
