Warranty Information
We stand behind our craftsmanship and the materials we use. Every vehicle we PPF is backed by the following coverage:
Paint Protection Film (PPF) Warranty
We stand behind both our craftsmanship and the premium film products we install. Every Paint Protection Film installation is backed by the following coverage:
2-Year Installation Warranty (Workmanship)
Our 2-year installation warranty covers defects related to the application of the film.
Covered under this warranty:
Adhesion failure caused by improper installation
Premature edge lifting not caused by impact or washing abuse
Installation-related contamination visible from normal viewing distance
Improper alignment or excessive stretch marks due to installer error
Bubbles that do not settle after the standard curing period
If any of the above occur within two years due to workmanship, we will repair or replace the affected section at no cost.
10-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty (Material Coverage)
The Paint Protection Film we install is backed by a 10-year manufacturer warranty covering material defects.
Covered under manufacturer warranty:
Yellowing
Cracking
Delamination (layer separation)
Loss of gloss due to material defect
Adhesive failure caused by film defect
Material-related defects will be repaired or replaced in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
PPF Finish & Contamination Standards
Paint Protection Film is installed in a clean, controlled environment — however, it is not applied in a laboratory clean room. Because PPF is optically clear and applied directly to painted surfaces, minor installation characteristics may be present.
✔ Acceptable (Industry Standard)
Minor dust particles not visible from 3–5 feet
Very small specks only noticeable within 12 inches
Slight edge visibility where film terminates
Minor texture consistent with factory paint texture
Minimal moisture or micro-bubbles during curing (typically resolve within 1–3 weeks)
These conditions are considered normal within the PPF industry and do not qualify for reinstallation.
✖ Not Acceptable (Covered Under Warranty)
Contamination clearly visible from 3–5 feet
Clustered debris in high-visibility areas
Excessive stretch marks or distortion
Lifting caused by improper installation
Silvering or trapped contamination affecting adhesion
Any issue affecting durability or clearly visible at normal viewing distance will be corrected.
Curing & Inspection Standard
PPF requires a curing period. Minor moisture, haziness, or small bubbles may be visible immediately after installation and typically resolve within 1–3 weeks depending on weather conditions.
All film installations are evaluated at a normal viewing distance of 3–5 feet under natural lighting. Close-up inspection under direct LED lighting or within inches of the surface may reveal minor imperfections considered within industry standard.
Care & Maintenance Requirements
To maintain warranty coverage, proper care is required.
Owner Responsibilities
To keep your 2-year installation and 10-year manufacturer warranty valid, the film must be:
Hand washed regularly using pH-neutral automotive soap
Dried with clean microfiber towels
Kept free from prolonged exposure to bird droppings, bug splatter, tree sap, and road contaminants
Avoided from automatic brush car washes
Avoided from high-pressure water directed at edges
We recommend professional detailing and inspection at least once per year.
Not Covered Under Warranty
Rock chips or impact damage
Accidents, scrapes, or vandalism
Improper washing techniques
Harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning tools
Neglect leading to staining
Damage caused by aftermarket modifications
Damage caused by improper care or external impact is not considered a defect in materials or workmanship.
