Vinyl Wrap
Warranty Information
We stand behind our craftsmanship and the materials we use. Every vehicle wrap we install is backed by the following coverage:
2-Year Installation Warranty (Workmanship)
Our 2-year installation warranty covers defects related to the application of the wrap.
Covered under this warranty:
Adhesion failure caused by improper installation
Premature edge lifting or seam separation
Installation-related bubbling that does not naturally settle
Wrinkles or tension failure due to install error
Misaligned panels caused during installation
Contamination that is visibly noticeable from 3–5 feet
If any of these issues occur within two years due to workmanship, we will repair or replace the affected section at no cost.
3-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty (Material Coverage)
In addition to our workmanship guarantee, the vinyl material itself is backed by a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty.
Covered under manufacturer warranty:
Premature fading or discoloration
Cracking
Delamination (layer separation)
Adhesive failure due to material defect
Material-related defects will be repaired or replaced according to manufacturer guidelines.
Wrap Finish & Contamination Standards
Vehicle wraps are installed in a clean, controlled shop environment — however, they are not installed in laboratory-grade clean rooms. Minor dust particles can occur during the installation process.
✔ Acceptable (Industry Standard)
Small dust particles not visible from 3–5 feet
Minor specks only noticeable within 12 inches
Slight texture in deep recesses or complex curves
Minor imperfections that do not affect adhesion or durability
These conditions are considered normal within the wrap industry and do not qualify for reinstallation.
✖ Not Acceptable (Covered Under Warranty)
Contamination clearly visible from 3–5 feet
Clustered debris in high-visibility areas
Dirt affecting adhesion or causing lifting
Wrinkles trapping contamination
Any contamination that impacts durability or is visibly noticeable at normal viewing distance will be corrected.
Wrap Care & Maintenance Requirements
To maintain warranty coverage, proper care and maintenance of your vehicle wrap is required.
Owner Responsibilities
To keep your 2-year installation warranty and 3-year manufacturer warranty valid, the wrap must be:
Hand washed regularly (recommended every 2–4 weeks)
Cleaned using mild automotive soap and soft microfiber towels
Dried properly to prevent water spotting
Protected from prolonged exposure to contaminants such as bird droppings, tree sap, fuel spills, and road tar (remove promptly)
Professionally detailed at least once per year (recommended)
Not Covered Under Warranty
The following may void warranty coverage if damage results:
Automatic car washes with brushes
High-pressure washing directed at edges or seams
Harsh chemicals, degreasers, or abrasive cleaners
Wax products not safe for vinyl
Neglect leading to staining or adhesive failure
Failure to remove contaminants in a timely manner
Damage caused by improper maintenance is not considered a defect in materials or workmanship.
