What Is Covered
Your 10-Year Warranty includes:
Peeling or lifting edges
Adhesion failure
Installation-related bubbling that does not cure properly
Film cracking
Fading, discoloration, or purpleing
Delamination (film layers separating)
Optical distortion caused by film defect
Contamination exceeding industry finish standards
If any covered issue occurs within ten years, we will repair or replace the affected film at no cost.
Tint Finish & Contamination Standards
Window tint is installed in a clean, controlled environment — however, it is not applied in a sterile clean room. Minor dust particles may occur during installation and are recognized within industry standards.
All installations are evaluated at a normal viewing distance of 3–5 feet under natural lighting conditions.
Inspection within inches of the glass or under direct LED lighting may reveal minor imperfections that are considered within industry standard and do not qualify for reinstallation.
Acceptable (Industry Standard)
Minor dust particles that:
Are not visible from 3–5 feet
Are not clustered in one concentrated area
Do not affect visibility or film performance
Are no larger than a small pinhead
Side Windows
Up to 1–5 micro dust particles per window
No clustering in high-visibility areas
Rear Windshield
Due to defroster lines and curvature, up to 5–8 micro particles may be present
Must not be clustered or visible from normal viewing distance
Full Windshield Tint
Full windshields require larger film application and increased shrink forming.
Up to 3–6 micro dust particles may be present
No contamination in the driver’s primary line of sight
No distortion affecting forward visibility
These conditions are considered normal within the professional tint industry.
Not Acceptable (Covered Under Warranty)
Contamination clearly visible from 3–5 feet
Clustered debris in high-visibility areas
Particles larger than a pinhead
Persistent bubbling after full curing period
Film distortion affecting safe visibility
Peeling or lifting edges
Any issue that impacts durability, safety, or normal viewing appearance will be corrected.
Curing Period
Window tint requires a curing period. Depending on temperature and humidity, minor haziness, water pockets, or light distortion may be visible for several days to a few weeks after installation.
These conditions typically resolve naturally as the film cures.
Care & Maintenance Requirements
To maintain your 10-Year Warranty, proper care is required.
Owner Responsibilities
Do not roll down windows for 3–5 days (or as advised at installation)
Clean only with ammonia-free glass cleaner
Use clean microfiber towels
Avoid sharp objects contacting film edges
Avoid scraping or modifying the film
Not Covered Under Warranty
Damage caused by seatbelts, pets, cargo, or sharp objects
Scratches from improper cleaning tools
Ammonia-based or harsh chemical cleaners
Accidents, vandalism, or impact damage
Aftermarket tampering or removal
Legal violations requiring removal
Damage caused by improper maintenance or external factors is not considered a defect in materials or workmanship.
